The Maharat program works on empowering targeted groups and building their capacities by equipping them with a comprehensive set of leadership, technical, and practical skills. This will enhance their readiness to enter the labor market and participate effectively in economic and social development, in addition to raising their awareness about societal issues. This will be achieved through pathways that promote upskilling (developing existing skills) and reskilling (building new skills).
Riyada aims to contribute to the enhancement of sustainable development in the governorates by supporting youth-led small projects that promote self-employment across various sectors. Financial, logistical, and technical support will be provided to develop productive projects that help raise the standard of living and quality of life.
