The E-Learning Project (Edu Wave)

KAFD has financed this e-learning project to be applied by the Ministry of  Education in all schools across the Kingdom. After the ITG built the  system, the first of its kind   locally and regionally, cooperation with the KAFd began to market the  project in the region as a joint investment. Edu Wave offers structural  organization management services ( Edu Wave Administrator) to the  Ministry and its various departments and sections. The application also   helps the ministry manage educational programs and curricula for all stages via the Edu Wave Author, which guarantees sustainable upgrading of the curricula at a relatively low cost in comparison to the cost of printing schoolbooks. Another feature assists in conducting exams, and thus helps minimize costs and simplify prMeanwhile, the Edu Wave Portal offers e- solutions to teach students at all stages and enables them to use an interactive graphic interface. It also provides continuous student- student, and student- teacher communication. The system also enables teachers to employ lively examples, models, and scientific experiments, compared to examples that are only still sketches or drawings used in conventional textbooks.
