  • The Dead Sea Touristic and Real Estate Investment was established in 2003 for the purpose of enhancing Jordan's tourism potentials. The company operates King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center, which hosts major international, regional and local conferences and other events. Located among the magic and tranquility of the Dead Sea, a walking distance from a cluster of five- start hotels and spas, the center offers all services related to conferences and other types of meetings and gatherings. This unique architectural venue is a major contribution to the Dead Sea development. Also among its key goals is to contribute to promoting Jordan as a civilized country, regional business and MICE hub and help attract investments to the Kingdom. www.dsc.jo
  • Al-Mafraq Development Company
  • Established in 2007, Al-Mafraq Development Company aims at making an area in Al-Mafraq as a developmental nucleus for attracting investments, which will provide job opportunities for the locals. Consequently, this will release pressure on Amman as a service and job provider.
  • South Development and Ima'ar Company
  • The SDIC is a company fully owned by KAFD. It aims at creating a hub of investments in (Ma'an) governorate and provide services, training and job opportunities to the people living there. The company has only been established in 2007.
  • King Hussein Institute for Cancer and Biotechnology
  • KAFD has signed a memorandum of understanding in 2006 with the Natinoal Cancer Institute in the U.S. in order to establish the (King Hussein Institute for Cancer and Biotechnology) as part of the effort to make Jordan a regional medical center, with the latest technical advancements in the field. The center shall provide a state-of-the-art health care for cancer patients in the Jordan, raise awareness about symptoms and early check ups.   • National Company for Urban Studies
  • KAFD believes that the envisioned sustainable and comprehensive development cannot be achieved without proper in-depth studies that apply modern methodology to diagnose problems and suggest solutions, therefore, the National Company for Urban Studies was established.The non-profit company carries out research and studies on environment and engineering eying development of all governorates. The organization's mission also entails the drawing up of structural plans needed to develop targeted areas in the Kingdom. It offers training and organizes events during which participants brainstorm and exchange their experiences and ideas on how best to achieve development.
